Working Experience

Professor Jiang Ke finished her bachelor and master degree in Industrial design, and got her Phd with the research of universal design in Beijing Institute of Technology. She has been working in the field of design education and design practice. She co-founded the industrial design program and was the former director of industrial design department in  Beijing Information Science and Technology University. She was visiting scholar in Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, Tongji University, and Tsinghua University, and was speaker of some forums.


Professor Jiang Ke has published several books and articles on universal design, design history, the truth of design, and design research of numerical control machining center. She also got appearance patents and awards on machining centers’ designs. She took part in design research projects, including "Environmental impact assessment research and application of product systems and services"(project No: 205005), "Research on the theoretical system of Western design since twentieth Century"(project No:10BF055 ), "World Memory Heritage" Research on the construction of digital international sharing platform for the classic heritage system of Dongba (project No. 12&ZD234),etc.


Professor Jiang Ke is active in design promotion with government and corporations. She has finished a serious of design projects on numerical control equipments from Beijing Science and Technology Commission and manufacturing enterprises.
