She was born in Nanchong, Sichuan Province, in April 1975. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the Department of Industrial Design of Beijing Institute of Technology in 1997 and obtained her Master’s Degree from the same department in 2000. Sine graduation, she has been teaching in the College of Industrial Design of North China University of Technology.

She is currently Associate Professor and the Deputy Dean of the College of Art and Design of North China University of Technology, and the Secretary of the Computer and Network Management Center of the university.

Her major area of concentration is sustainable product design, and the courses that she teaches include Packaging Design, and Product Development and Design Management. She participated in editing Human Factors Engineering Theories and Design, and was chief editor of Color Composition and Application of Photoshop. From 2007 to 2008, she participated in commercial programs, such as product design for ARROW, interior decoration of car design for Siemens, and household appliances design for Panasonic, as Visiting Scholar of the Department of Industrial Design of the Academy of Arts & Design of Tsinghua University. She was selected into the “Young and Middle-Aged Educators Cultivation Program of Beijing”.
